Delivery
Parcels are dispatched from Thailand, Phangan Island, through DHL Express. The estimated delivery time is 10-14 days.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return
